$100 per person equates to $30,000 per month. After 10 months you will have paid $300,000, which is the cost of the property. $10,000 will be left over. Use it to build shelters.

Or 1,000 people can put up $300 each and pay it off immediately. From there you all can come out, pick your living area, and work together. First come first choice!

The land can hold up to 1000 people comfortably. But 300-500 is better for more recreational space.
