R.D.F. Program Intro

The cost of living will continue to rise and the job opportunities will continue to decline in the cities. Worse than that you will be paying monthly rent or mortgage and utilities bill for the rest of your life.

Because of this we will have to work our lives away, never having time to spend with our loved ones. Never having time to work on ourselves and become more in-tune with nature and the life around us. Growing our own food and living how we choose.

The system strategically creates the homeless population by raising the cost of living and not the income. And because of the monthly debt we are forced to work/slave.

So what's the resolve to this issue:

purchasing your own land outside of the city. Where youhave an option to get a tiny home, RV, or build a house without any building permits or restrictions. You can get solar panels connected for lights, and have your well and septicinstalled for water. After doing this you will be free if monthly bills forever.

I know most of you are thinking, "I can't afford to do all of that." The RDF program is a solution I created to resolve that issue.

RDF Program:

1). Ten people come together and atleast four will have good credit. One person can use their credit to acquire the property and everyone else will pay $50-100 per month until the land is paid off. And you'll be able to use the land while it's being paid it off.

2). The rest of the four can use their credit to finance 10 tiny homes from Amazon and you all pay your monthly bill on the house.

($250 -600 mnthly)

3). After that you chip in and do the same with getting lights installed, well dug and septic installed. Alot of properties come where you can access the street utilities in the meanwhile. Example:

This 5 acre property cost $16,000. They want 10% down and $260 per month for 60 months (5 years).

If each person pay $100 per month that equals $12,000 per year. That means the property will be paid off in 1¹/2 years. Or you can all pay $26 per month and be paid off in 5 years.

You would all be bill free in less than 5 years and still be able to come and go out of your city as you choose. If you choose work a job or do something else atleast you'll be free of monthly bills.
