The Mental Diet

There are three planes of your existence. On each plane of your existence there is a diet that is either good or bad (fair or unfair) for you.


The three planes of your existence is..

Mental = Airs (conversation & music)

Spiritual = Substances (Water, liquids, drugs)

Physical = Foods (fruit, vegetable, meat)


Mental Diet: This has to do with your mind and the words you take in, whether music or the daily conversations you entertain. They will either be negative or positive, healthy or unhealthy for you.


Positive, truthful, motivational, self correcting, are all positive to take in. Lies, and any speech that leads to you disliking or hating someone or something is an unhealthy diet for the mind. Having a desire to hear or see negative things is a reflection of your inner hurt and pain.


If there is any person or thing that you hate or dislike that means the mind and emotional state has become disturbed and corrupted. There shouldn't be anything that you hate or dislike because that is an attack against your own mind and emotional state.


Apply this to self and begin the work where needed!
